A cooking on the service of Wine
We offer at the restaurant of Caves Petrissans a choice of wines (1000 references of vine yards, exceptional vine owners …) by the glass or by the bottle among 20 references renewed every month. We do our best to serve them with the best tasting conditions (maturing, temperature).
The creed of the house is very simple:
To sublimate this selection and valorize the French soil by a strict and passionate search of the best products of our regions, trade union mark or selected origin.
Our traditional home cooking is rich of its search of the best products of our regions: meat from Aubrac,calf from Limousin, foie gras from Corrèze, fish from Noirmoutiers …
It is simply cooked by our Chef with,at first, the obsession of respecting its flavour .
All the food which is sold at the restaurant is home made and you will enjoy it with a glass among our twenty references or with a bottle selected in our 1000 references of the cellar.
Wines fixed in advance
To taste your wine in the best conditions, we will be pleased to unscrew and decant your bottle according to your demand.
For that you just have to prepay your bottle when you book at the restaurant.
If you wish it, we will advice you for the best preparation of the bottle you have chosen.
